Privacy Policy

This policy applies to this website and to enquiries you send us through it. It does not cover other companies’ websites that we link to, or conversations you have with us over the phone, WhatsApp or email — though we handle information you share by those routes with the same care.

We only collect what we need to answer an enquiry. When you submit the enquiry form, we collect:

• Name and phone number — required, so we can reach you with a response.
• Email address — optional, used to send written quotations or specifications.
• Quantity — optional, so we can price bulk requirements accurately.
• Message — optional, and whatever you choose to tell us about your requirement.
• The product you were viewing, if you sent the enquiry from a product page, so we know what you are asking about.

Please do not include sensitive personal information in the message field — it is a free-text box for describing a furniture requirement, nothing more.

Our server also reads your IP address at the moment you submit the form, purely to limit how many enquiries can be sent in a short window and keep out automated spam. It is held in memory for that check and is not written to our database or used to build a profile of you.

We use what you send us to:

• respond to your enquiry and answer questions;
• prepare a quotation, specification or drawing for your requirement;
• process and fulfil an order, if you go on to place one; and
• keep ordinary business records of the enquiries and orders we have handled.

We do not use your details for automated advertising, and we do not add you to a marketing list without your agreement.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only where it is genuinely needed to serve you — for example with our own staff handling your enquiry, or with a transporter arranging a delivery to your address. We may also disclose information where we are required to by law or by a competent authority.

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run third-party analytics on it.

Two features do involve other companies. Our contact page embeds a Google Maps view of our factory location, which loads only once you scroll to it, and our WhatsApp links open a conversation on WhatsApp. Once you interact with either, that company’s own privacy policy and cookie practices apply, and we have no control over them.

Enquiries are stored in our own database on the server that runs this website, and access is restricted to the people who need it to respond to you. We keep enquiry records for as long as is needed to deal with your requirement and to meet our ordinary business and record-keeping obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it if it is wrong, or to delete it where we are not required to keep it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you. We handle personal information in line with applicable Indian data protection law.

This is a business-to-business website for furniture buyers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
