This website presents the Brahmani Furnitech range and lets you send us an enquiry. There is no checkout, no online payment and no facility to place an order through the site. Everything here is an invitation for you to get in touch, not an offer to sell.

We work to keep product information correct and current, but catalogue content is indicative rather than contractual. Dimensions, materials, finishes and specifications are subject to normal manufacturing tolerances and to improvement without notice. Photographs and renderings are representative — colour and grain vary between screens and between production batches, and upholstery and laminate shades may differ from what you see here.

We may add, change or withdraw products at any time, and listing a product here is not a guarantee that it is available. Where an exact specification matters to you, ask us to confirm it in writing before you order.

An enquiry you send through this site places no obligation on either of us. Any quotation we issue in response is an estimate given for your consideration, not a binding offer. Quoted prices, lead times and availability hold only for the validity period stated on the quotation, and are subject to confirmation at the time of order.

A contract comes into existence only when we accept your order in writing. The commercial terms of that order — price, taxes, delivery, payment terms, installation and warranty — are those set out in the quotation, order confirmation or invoice for that order, and those documents prevail over anything on this website.

You may browse the site and send genuine enquiries. Please do not use it to send false or misleading information, to submit automated or bulk enquiries, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or to interfere with its normal operation. We may restrict access where use of the site is abusive or unlawful.
